We do our best to ship your custom blinds and /or shade orders within 7 to 10 business days. You

You can view the status of your order at any time by clicking on View Order Status.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
You are advised to inspect your custom blinds and/or shades upon receipt and notify Fabricville immediately if the merchandise has been damaged in transit or made incorrectly. Damaged shipments of blinds and/ or shades made incorrectly must be reported within 7 days in order for Fabricville to replace at no cost to you. After the 7 days period, replacements will be at the customer’s expense.

Orders shipping to locations classified by carriers as “Beyond Destination” may be subject to additional charges.

A customer service representative will contact you by email with the shipping cost for your approval before your order is processed.

If the additional shipping charge is not approved, the order may be cancelled and refunded.

Yukon, Nunavut, and the Northwest Territories are excluded from free shipping promotions and may be subject to additional charges.

Oversized or Heavy Items

Items exceeding standard carrier size or weight limits, or classified as oversized/heavy by the carrier, may incur additional shipping fees.

Free Shipping Promotions

Free shipping promotions do not apply to oversized or heavy items, or to orders shipped to remote locations as described above.
