We do our best to ship your custom blinds and /or shade orders within 7 to 10 business days. You

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
You are advised to inspect your custom blinds and/or shades upon receipt and notify Fabricville immediately if the merchandise has been damaged in transit or made incorrectly. Damaged shipments of blinds and/ or shades made incorrectly must be reported within 7 days in order for Fabricville to replace at no cost to you. After the 7 days period, replacements will be at the customer’s expense.

* BEYOND DESTINATION LOCATIONS
Certain remote locations which are "Beyond Destination" will have a shipping charge. A customer service representative will contact you by email for your approval prior to processing any order. "Beyond Destination" locations and the Yukon, Nunavut and Northwest Territories are not included in the free shipping service.
