Shipping time
We do our best to ship your custom blinds and /or shade orders within 7 to 10 business days. We do our best to ship your custom curtains and /or drapes within 3 to 4 weeks.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
You are advised to inspect your custom window coverings receipt and notify Fabricville immediately if the merchandise has been damaged in transit or made incorrectly. Damaged shipments or custom window coverings made incorrectly must be reported within 7 days in order for Fabricville to replace at no cost to you. After the 7 days period, replacements will be at the customer’s expense.

* BEYOND DESTINATION LOCATIONS

1. Remote Locations (“Beyond Destination”)

   • Orders shipping to locations classified by carriers as “Beyond Destination” may be subject to additional charges.

   • A customer service representative will contact you by email  with the shipping cost for your approval before your order is processed.

   • If the additional shipping charge is not approved, the order may be cancelled and refunded.

   • Yukon, Nunavut, and the Northwest Territories are excluded from free shipping promotions and may be subject to additional charges.

2. Oversized or Heavy Items

   • Items exceeding standard carrier size or weight limits, or classified as oversized/heavy by the carrier, may incur additional shipping fees.

   • Customers will be notified by email of any additional costs for approval before the order is processed.

3. Free Shipping Promotions

   • Free shipping promotions do not apply to oversized or heavy items, or to orders shipped to remote locations as described above.

4. Reservation of Rights

   • We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders where shipping is not feasible or where additional charges are not accepted by the customer.
