STORE MANAGER

Are you a leader? Are you looking for a new challenge? The responsibilities of the store manager will be to achieve and ensure the success and profitability of the store, including: driving sales, maintaining wages, scheduling and leading a team of motivated sales associates while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Experience and skills required:
Able to multitask and adapt to a fast paced environment.
Able to recruit and train a strong sales team.

Leadership skills to motivate, delegate and develop a successful sales team.
Sales and goal driven to ensure the success of the store.
Assume the responsibility of all store operations.
Exemplary customer service, selling and merchandising skills.
Able to manage inventory.
Excellent communication skills.
Problem solving capabilities.
Must have 3 to 5 years experience in store management.

 

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER
