Ordering On-Line
To place an order on-line, you must follow through the 5 design steps and choose “add to cart”. You will be prompted through each step and will be able to verify and modify all your choices before checking-out.

Fabric accuracy
Due to the variation in computer monitors, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colours shown.
Therefore, we recommend that you take advantage of our FREE swatch service before ordering a custom made product.

FREE Swatches
We offer up to 7 free swatches of our fabrics so you can evaluate the colour, texture and suitability of our product. Any additional swatches will be charged at $2.50 per piece.

Shipping and handling
You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is successfully placed. Standard delivery time from the time the order is placed is 4 to 6 weeks.
Your on-line orders will be shipped to the address you indicated in the client information section. All orders are FOB shipping point and are paid in full when the order is placed.

Store Pick up option
On-line orders can also be picked up at the Fabricville store nearest you. Click here for store locations.
You will be notified by telephone when your order is ready. The order must be picked up within 2 weeks of notification.

Return Policy
Since our product is custom-made to your specifications, it cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged. Cut fabrics are not refundable or exchangeable.
It is important that you are sure of your purchase decisions prior to finalizing your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the measurements given to Fabricville are correct.

Customer Satisfaction
If, within 30 days of receiving your order, you are not completely satisfied, contact our customer service department at 514 382-4556 and we will do whatever is possible to rectify the situation. Fabricville appreciates your business and will make all reasonable efforts within the policy guidelines to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

Order status is available for orders placed on-line. Log into your account to verify the status of your order.

Pricing
Fabricville endeavors to provide current and accurate information on the website. Nevertheless, misprints or other errors may occur. Accordingly, Fabricville reserves the right to revise the prices at any time without notice.

In the event of a discrepancy between the actual price list and the website cost, it is the actual price list that will be honored.

The costs displayed on the website do not include hardware, delivery, installation or taxes.

Express Custom-made Service
When selecting the Express Custom-made Service, Fabricville guarantees a priority delivery to the specified address or store location of your choice, within the next 7 to 10 business days. This service is available on select styles only.
