Ordering in-store
To place an order you must follow through the 5 design steps and choose “print” to print out your order form. Bring your order form into any of the Fabricville locations for processing.
Fabric accuracy
Due to the variation in computer monitors, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colours shown.
Therefore, you must see and touch the actual fabric in the store and confirm that you are satisfied with your choice
Payment
Fabricville requires a 50% down payment to process the order. The balance is paid at the time of pick-up.
Delivery to store
Standard delivery time from the time the order is placed is 4 to 6 weeks. The finished products delivered to the respective Fabricville store where the order was placed.
Pick-up
You will be notified by telephone when you order is ready to be picked up. You must pick up the finished product from the store where the order was placed within 2 weeks of notification.
Return Policy
Since our product is custom-made to your specifications, it cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged. Cut fabrics are not refundable or exchangeable.
It is important that you are sure of your purchase decisions prior to finalizing your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the measurements given to Fabricville are correct.
Customer Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is important to us. Any imperfections must be reported to the respective Fabricville store within 30 days of pick-up date. Fabricville appreciates your business and will make all reasonable efforts within the policy guidelines to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
